Excellent lunch. Ordered all-you-can-eat lunch special $27.95 (lunch 12pm - 4 pm). This gave me the opportunity to sample all the delicious item on the menu. Will visit again.

Goyemon was the 1st AYCE sushi place we went to many years ago before tons of AYCE sushi restaurants opened up across the Vegas valley, and it used to be open super late with a reverse HH. Hubs was looking forward to retiring and going to Goyemon for reverse HH after a late night poker session, but alas that won't happen. Well, we retired recently but years ago we had already discovered that Goyemon was no longer open late night. It had been a spell since we've been back so we dropped in for dinner on a Monday night around 9pm. The restaurant was half full and we grabbed two seats at the bar. As mom says, "don't fill up on the cheap stuff," so we stick mostly to the nigiri. The scallop here is the best. It's the whole scallop, not the cheapy, tiny bay scallops at other places, and it's served with a dab of yuzu. Just throw all those down my gullet. The yellowtail belly, salmon, bluefin tuna, cajun albacore, smoked salmon, ikura were all fresh and delicious. We find the super white tuna to be consistently good at almost all the AYCE sushi places and it was also good here. We like how they don't give you ton of rice with the pieces of fish, and everything is one nice bite. We tried half orders of two rolls and honestly, they're not memorable, and I don't recall their names. I actually just had one bite, Hubs ate the rest. After all these years, we still find Goyemon pretty consistent. Its menu is not as expansive as the other AYCE sushi places around town, but we don't care because we're not eating all that other stuff. I think the only thing we'd like to see more of are uni, sashimi, and no rice rolls. Oh, and be open late night :-)

Did not get photos but the servings were nicely prepared and since it's an AYCE, there was plenty. Sashimi was fresh and not overwhelmed by rice. Nice selection of offerings I would go again!

Hands down Sushi House Goyemon is my favorite AYCE sushi restaurant in las Vegas. If you notice most of their nigiri's are not drowning in sauces unlike the other AYCE sushi restaurants.
